Sports Injury
Sports injuries can happen whether you’re an athlete or not. They fall into two categories: overuse and repetitive stress, and sports and work related injury are common causes for both. We are experienced dealing with worker’s compensation and both traumatic and repetitive stress injuries, using a combination of physical therapy, sports chiropractic medicine, and in some cases spinal decompression and cold laser therapy.
We are also certified in Active Release Technique (ART), a movement-based massage therapy that’s used in the training rooms of the NFL, MLB and NHL.
Our Approach to Sports Injury
Beginning with your first consultation, we tailor your treatment plan to your goals. The right treatment begins with the right diagnosis, so we perform necessary diagnostic tests and order X-rays or MRIs if you don’t already have them. After confirming your insurance, we will review your tests and report our findings in the office with you. Together we determine the right mix of therapies for your treatment plan.Common Causes
